Section 81: Act to override other State Laws

The Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 36 of 2001

If any provision contained in any State Act is repugnant to any provision contained in the Act, the provision contained in the Act shall prevail and the provision contained in any such State Act shall to the extent of repugnancy be void.

82. Repeal of Ordinance 4 of 2001 - The Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling Ordinance, 2001 is hereby repealed.
