Section 15: Power to arrest without warrant in certain cases

Any Police Officer not below the rank of an Inspector of Police may arrest without warrant any person found, or reasonably suspected of committing an offence under clause

(a) clause (c) or clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 4 in any public street, or 1 . Section 13 omitted by the Act No. 31 of 1995, Section 5.
