Section 28: Compounding or offences by Corporation

the Andhra Pradesh Medical Education and Research Corporation (APMERC) Act, 2021.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 7 of 2021

The Corporation or any person authorized by the Corporation by general or special order in this behalf may, either before or after the institution of the proceedings, compound any offence made punishable by or under this Act:

Provided that, where an offence has been compounded, the offender, if in custody, shall be discharged and no further proceedings shall be taken against him in respect of the offence compounded.
