Section 31: Offences by Hospitals, Institutions etc

The Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board Act, 2006.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 38 of 2006

(1) No dispensary, hospital, infirmary, Lying-in-Hospital, sanitorium, operation theatre, nursing home, blood bank, medical laboratory or other similar institution shall employ any person as a Para Medical Technician unless such person is a Para Medical Technician registered under this Act.

(2) Whoever contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
