(1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Boot-Leggers, Dacoits, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land-Grabbers Act, 1986.
(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.
