Section 11: Furnishing of returns, etc

The Andhra Pradesh Recognised Private Educational Institutions (Control) Act, 1975.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 11 of 1975

Every educational agency shall, with in such time or within such extended time as may be fixed by the competent authority in this behalf, furnish to the competent authority such returns, statistics and other information as the competent authority may, from time to time require.
