Section 27: Enforcement of order - Orders made under section 24 shall, on application, be enforced as follows

(a) when made by a liquidator, by any civil court having local jurisdiction in the same manner as a decree of such court; and

(b) when made by the court on appeal, in the same manner as a decree of that court.

CHAPTER - V MISCELLANEOUS

28. Societies financed by the Government - Where a Government is a member or is wholly or substantially financing a society it may place such terms and conditions on the society as are mutually agreed upon or through specific public policy notified by the Government for this purpose.
