Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Scheduled Tribes Act, 2020.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 30 of 2020

(1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh State Commission for Scheduled Tribes Act, 2019.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
