The Tribunal may allow filing of appeal or pclition or application through electronic media such as online filing and provide for reclification of dcfecs by c-mail or nct and in such filing, these rules shall be adopted as nearly as possible on and from a date to be notificd separatoly and the Chairperson may issue instructions in this bohalf from time to time.
