Section 50: Consequence of failure to take steps for issue of fresh notice

Where, alier a summon has been issued to the other side, and returned unsen'ed, and the applicant or petitioner or appellant, as the case may be, fails to take necessary steps w.ithin a period as ordered by the 'tribuna! from the date of return of rhe notice on lhe respondent(s). the Registrar shall post the case before the Bcnch lor further directions or lbr dismissal for non prosecrrlior.
