Section 93: Corrections

The Melnber of the Bench who has prepared tbe order shall initial all corrections and affix his initials at the bottom ofeach page.

94, Pronduncement of order,. (l) Thc Bench shall as far gs pd,ssible Pronounce the order immedhtely after the hearing is concluded.

(2) When the onders are reserved, the date for pronouncement of order shall be notified in the caus6 list *tri"tr rtr"tt be a valid'notice of intimation of pronouncement'

(3) Reading ofthe operative portion ofthe order in the open court shall be deemed to be pronou4scment of the order.
