Section 99: Formet of order

The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2007Central Rules · 2003

( I ) All orders shall be neatly and fairly typewritlen in double spacc on one side only on durable foolscap folio paper of melric A-4 size (30.5 cm long and 21.5 cm wide) with left side margia of 5 cm and right side marginof 2.5cm. Corrections, ifany, in the order shall be c{rrird out neatly.

Sufficient space may be leli both at the bottom and at the top of each Page of the ord€r to make its apperrsnce blegant.

Members_constituting the Bench shall aflix their signatures in the order of their seniority from right

(2) to left.
