Where husband and wife both are employed in the Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous bodies or Statutory bodies or Local bodies, etc., a joint declaration shall be furnished by the employees to the effect that his or her spouse is not availing medical facility provided by his or her employer.
