Section 15: Interpretation

The Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property ( Conditions of Service of Chairman and Members) Rules, 1989Central Rules · 1985

If any question arises relating to the interpretation of these Rules, the matter shall be referred to the Central Government, who shall decide the same.

Form (See rule 12) Oath of Office I...........do swear/solemnly affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to India and to the Constitution of India, as by law established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India and that I will carry out duties of my office loyally, honestly and with impartiality.
