Section 17: Order to be communicated to parties

The Appellate Tribunal For Forfeited Property ( Procedure) Rules, 1989Central Rules · 1985

Every order of the Tribunal shall be inwriting and a copy of every final order of the Tribunal certified as a true copy by theRegistrar shall be supplied free of cost to the parties as early as possible.
