Arbitration Council of India (Qualifications, Appointment and other Terms and Conditions of the Service of Chief Executive Officer) Rules,…Central Rules · 1996

(1) These rules may be called the Arbitration Council of India (Qualifications, Appointment and other Terms and Conditions of the Service of Chief Executive Officer) Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
