Section 11: Restriction may be imposed by Central Government

'[(1)] Any licence having effect outside the State in which it is granted, shall be subject to any restrictions which may be imposed by a general or special order of the Central Government.

The Arms Rules, 1962 29 '[(2) Save where he is specially authorised in this behalf by the District Magistrate concerned, the licensee shall not carry any arms covered by the licence within the campus or precincts of any educational institution.]
