Section 9: Copies of licence of categories I and II to be sent to certain authorities

A copy of every licence granted for arms or ammunition of categories 1(a), 1(b), I (c), I (d) and II, shall forthwith be sent—

(a) to the District Magistrate of the place in which the arms or ammunition are to be kept, or

(b) to the State Government if such place is in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
