Section 20: Constitution of committees when Standing Committee constituted

The Army and Air Force (Disposal of Private Property) Rules, 1953Central Rules · 1950

No committee of adjustment shall be constituted so long as the Standing Committee of Adjustment remains constituted, and all references to a committee in these rules shall, during the period the Standing Committee remains constituted, be construed as references to the Standing Committee.

PART IV Property of persons subject to the Army Act, 1950, or the Air Force Act, 1950, who desert, or are ascertained to be of unsound mind or while on active service are officially reported missing.
