Section 25: Prescribed person for the purpose of section 10

The prescribed person for the purpose of section 10 shall be the persons referred to in rule 24 and, so long as the commanding officer has under the Act the control of the property of a person, not being an officer or a deserter, or of the proceeds of the sale or conversion of such property, shall also include such commanding officer provided the total amount of or value of the said property does not exceed one thousand rupees.
