Section 73

Arunachal Pradesh Election Rules, 2011State Rules of Arunachal Pradesh · 2009

(1) An election petition may be withdrawn by the petitioner only after the permission of the Election Tribunal to whom the petition is presented.

(2) Where the application of withdrawal is granted by the Election Tribunal, a copy of the order shall be sent to the Director, Urban Local Bodies, Arunachal Pradesh.
