The Arunachal Pradesh Home Guards Act, 2006State Act of Arunachal Pradesh · Act 12 of 2006

(1) The Arunachal Pradesh Home GJards Ordinance, 2006 (No. 2 o12006) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shallbe deemed to have been done or taken, as the case nEy be, under lhe corresponding provisions of lhis Act.
