In the matter not provided in these rules and for which provision is there in the rules, notifications and orders for the time being in force, which govern the conditions of service of a Judge of the Supreme Court or Chief Justice of the High Court or Judge of a High Court, as the case may be, those provisions shall be mutatis mutandis applicable to the Chairperson or the Members of Lokayukta as far as practicable under the Act.
