(1) If the chairperson or member of the Search Committee is a Government employee, he/she is not entitled to sitting fee.

Section 4(5) and 57 (2) (b)

(2) Non-official chairperson or . member .of .the Search Committee shall be-entitled to a sitting fee of rupees two thousand five .hundred and rupees two thousand respectively for each day, for attending the meeting of the Search Committee.

(3) The-chairperson or member of the;Search·Corilmittee shall be entitled to TA and DA as are .adrnissible to a Grade-I Officer of the State for. attending the meetings of the Search Committee.
