Section 44: Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics

Each applicant, at the time ofmaking anapplicationfor registration under the provisions ofthe Act, shall be provideda copy ofthe IndianMedical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette andEthics), 2002 (whichmay be modifiedby the Medical Council ofIndia from time to time), andshall duly submit a duly signedDeclaration as provided inAppendiy-C, The applicant shall also certify that he /she has read and agreed to abide by the same.

45. Logo ofArunachal Pradesh Medical Council :­

(a) The Logo ofArunachal Pradesh Medical Council shall have the words "ARUNACHAL PRADESH MEDICAL COUNCIL" in boldupper case written in the top portion and the words "NAHARLAGUN, INDIA" is in upper case but in smaller size in the bottom portions of the space between two concentric circles.

(b) Caduceus will occupy the central space ofthe inner circle with outline map ofArunachal Pradesh in its background.

(c) The three-word motto ofArunachal Pradesh Medical Council namely SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE and ETHICS shall be written in the inner circle to the left, bottom and rightofthe Caduceus.
