The Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Election Act, 2009 (Act No. 4 of 2009)State Act of Arunachal Pradesh · Act 4 of 2009

( 1) This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Elections Act, 2009.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh or part thereof as may be notified by the State Govt.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
