The Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Election Act, 2009 (Act No. 4 of 2009)State Act of Arunachal Pradesh · Act 4 of 2009

( 1) It shall be the general duty of the Presiding Officer at a polling station to keep order thereat and to see that the poll is fairly taken.

(2) It shall be the duty of the Polling Officer at a polling station to assist the Presiding Officer for such polling station in the performance of his functions.
