ORDER The 24th June, 2019 No. PWRS/E-31/2016.—Consequent upon the conversion of one post of Electrical Inspector Tezu to Tezu Electrical Division vide Government order No. PWRS/E-31/2016/2002-13 dated 5th March, 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Rules 14 of the Delegation of Financial Power Rules, 1978, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to declare Tezu Electrical Division, Department of Power as Head of Office (HoD) in the interest of public service with immediate effect.

Further, the Executive Engineer (Electrical), Tezu Electrical Division shall function as Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) and exercise the financial Power under category ‘B” of Appendix - II to the Government order No. FIN./B/88/81/3 dated 15-03-82 in respect of the said Division with effect from the date of accord of Cheque drawal authority.

NOTIFICATION The 1st July, 2019 No.GM/LDV/NQS-02.—Whereas, in pursuance of Government order No. DGM/ESSTT/330/2001/1889 dated Itanagar the 29th November, 2005, preliminary notification issued vide No. GM/LDV/NQS-02/604-634- dated Roing the 4th February, 2019, inviting claims and objections from the person(s) for final notification of the Chopo quarry located at 9.40 Km along Hunli-Desali-Hayuliang-Metengliang road and Rock quarry located at 87 Km along Roing-Hunli road.

And whereas, no claims and objections have been received from any person(s) for final notification of the proposed quarry as specified below.

Now therefore, in exercise of power conferred under the section (15) of Mines and Minerals (Regulation and Development) Act, 1957, I do hereby notify the Quarry as specified below in the interest of revenue earning purpose and minor mineral quarry activities in the district.

NOTIFICATION The12th July, 2019 No. FOR. 206/EA/2018/PT/12458-510.—The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh is pleased to re-designate the State Bamboo Development Agency as State Bamboo Mission (SBM) as per the revised Operational Guidelines of National Bamboo Mission (NBM), Government of India issued during June, 2019.

Further, the State Level Executive Committee (SLEC) constituted vide letter No. AP/BM/40/2018-19/1757- 1900 dated 6th September, 2018 under State Bamboo Development Agency (SBDA) shall act as the State Level Executive Committee (SLEC) under the State Bamboo Mission (SBM).

This appointment will be on probation for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of joining after which his appointment will be confirmed subject to satisfactory completion of the period of probation.

He is posted to the Chief Engineer, (W/Z) (RWD) Office, Itanagar, till further Order.

His/Her pay and allowances during training period shall be drawn from office of the Chief Engineer W/Z against existing sanction strngth of the Department.
