The Arunachal Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1997State Act of Arunachal Pradesh · Act 5 of 2001

( 1) Any member may call the attention of the Chairperson to any neglect in the execution of the Gram Panchayat work, to any waste of Gram Panchayat property or to the wants of any locality and may suggest any improvements which may appear desirable.

(2) Every member shall have a right to move resolutions and to interpellate the Chairperson on matters connected with the administration of the Gram Panchayat, subject to such rules as may be prescribed.
