(1) Every Zilla Paris had, except as otherwise provided in this Act, shall continue for fiveyears from the date appointed for its first meeting and no longer.

(2) No amendment of any law for the time being in force shall have the effect of causing dissolution of Zilla Parishad, which is functioning immediately before such amendment, till the expiration of duration specified under sub-section ( 1 ).

Disqualifications for membershiR.

87. A person shall be disqualified for being chosen as and for being a member of Zilla Paris had if he is disqualified for such ground as specified under section 57.
