( l) The Government may assign to a Zilla Parishad functions in relation to any matters to which the executive authority of the Government extend or in respect of function which have been assigned to the State Government by the Central Government.

(2) The Government may, by notification, withdraw or modify the functions assigned under this section.

Motion of non confidence.

95. A Motion of no confidence shall be moved and decided in the same manner as provided under section 63 of this Act.
