Starting at Bebo Colony turning point, located at Latitude 27°36"44' and 93°03"87' longitude at 367m from MSL from this point and boundary run along road upto culvert, then turn upwards along the Nallah meeting at Mr. Rungi Beyong resident then again turn towards plots of Mr. Potom Pagia, connection plot of Mr. Norbu Sonam along the electric poles upto dry water tank near Mr. Gunchi Dodum poultry farm. Further, boundary turn towards north then run straight by touching plots of Mr. Taii Moya, Mr. Rebe Dada, Mr. Neri Raje upto water distribution tank settlement is known as BEBO COLONY.
2. From water distribution tank near turning point of Mr. Baba Bagang road, then run along the road touching plots of Mr. Baba Bagang and Mr. Sama Bagang upto water storage tank. 3. From Pacha Bridge boundary run upwards along that Pacha river bank upto hanging bridge. From Hanging Bridge, boundary turn towards paddy field after crossing village road then started from culvert point at agri-field of Mr. Sngku Gyudi. Further, boundary run upto foothill electric poles then again U-Turn towards Model Village connecting land of Mr. Kumar along electric poles upto resident of Mr. Tero Lorah which form a new settlement known as NIMBU PANI. From resident of Mr. Tero Lorah further connection resident of Mr. Chungma Sangbia, Mr. Dey Liyak upto Nallah, then crossing the water tank near proposed Church area which stretching upto resident of Mr. Papul Gyadi and culminate at pass known as Raja Gellang. This settlement is known as NYARIWELLY MODEL VILLAGE. From Raja Gellang, connecting office of the field Publicity then meeting plots ofMr. Loma Bagang, forest gate, forest plantation area, then connecting plots of Mr. Laping Tabi, Mr. Kowa Lamino, Mr. Kajab Veo, Mr. Potom Lamgu, Mr. Tame Venia, Mr. Chayo Pagia, Mr. Tapa Cheda, Mr. Tamrah Mangkia, Mr. Ruru Beyong, Mr. Dole Dada, Mr. Nyara Gyadi, Mr. Tarang Yangfo, Mr. Ame Bagang, Mr. Arjun Yangfo and upto Mr. Takio Yangfo resident. This entire area fall under TYPE-I COLONY. Further, from resident of Mr. Takio Yangfo run along the Mr. Taso Myora Rural Link Road which continue upto Nallah, land mark bamboo groove owned by Mr. Tasang Taku then turn downwards upto new water stotage tank as owned by Mr. Maw Taku further run straight upto Kochi river bank. Then crossing Kochi river along the land of Mr. Tasang Taku climbed upto resident of Smti. Mepi Tagang again turn downwards touching resident of Mr. Lama Taku, Karbia Taku, Mr. Mangam Paje, Mr. Ringso Tana connecting Baptish Church, Government Primary School Boso Colony. This entire catchment area is known as B050 COLONY. Boundary run along the Kochi river meeting resident of Shri Amir Sono Wai, Mr. Seme Joki, Mr. Kowa Wai, Mr. Dungro Wao, Mr. Nito Wai, Mr. Racho Gyadi, Mr. Kocho Nampe, Mr. Punung Taku, Mr. Karo Cheda, Mr. Hania Lochung, Mr, Solung Hissang, Mr. Solom Dada, Mr. Lali Mari, Mr. Pachi Lapung, Mr. Tada Nutung, Mr. Rato Dada, Mr. Kame Flgo, Mr. Padang Gyadi, Mr. Kamgung Tayung, Mr. Niglar Effa, Mr. Hali Doka, crossing Drain then connecting resident of Mr. Nao Myora, Mr. Hite Rimo and upto Hydel Nallah. This settlement is kown as ALC/HYDEL COLONY. From Hydel Nallah near resident of Boru Sangyu boundary turn upward along the Hydel Nallah upto water reservoir, then connecting 5 electric poles on the middle of slope area which straight run upto turning point of Taku Road near proposed Gompa area as land owned by Mr. Poung Taku. Then boundary run along the Taku road towards Takarpu Colony upto loops at plot of Mr. Nisam upto Marcha River. Then run along the river Marcha connecting resident of Mr. Ganga Taku, then culminate at resident of Mr. Tachang Tabri. This new settlement is called TAKARPU COLONY.

Then crossing March river and run upwards meeting resident of Mr. Tagam, Mr, Laki Miji, then run along the water pipeline and electric pole as land owned by Mr. Kacho Taku then touching resident ofMr. Rana Tayam, Mr. Akam Paffa, Mr. Fegap Riya, Mr. Atom Flago upto revival Church road. This colony is known as DONYIPU COLONY.
10. From central revival church touching electric pole near resident of Mr. Papik Pabing, connecting resident of Mr. Takar Tok. Smti. Meming Rangmo upto electric pole land owned by Mr. Tarang Taku. Then run along the water pipe line upto resident of Mr. Sam a Kyora then again connecting electric poles land owned by Shri Atom Taku, further, connecting resident of Mr. Tasak Rigam, Mr. Kole Riya upto electric poles as land owned by Mr. Bago Kino. Again electric pole near plot of Mr. Raju Gyadi, then run along the link road upto loops then connected straight away at Nallah, then boundary run downwards along the Nallah crossing Pakke Kessang road at resi dent of Dr. KK Welly upto Pagia river. South -1. Crossing Pagia river then started from resident of Mr. Karbia Mangam, touching plots of Mr. Jorjo Sono Yangfo, crossing agri-field of Mr. Tana, touching resident of Mr. Tadang Tayum, orange farm of Shri Gyadi Pacha plot of Mr. Hira Kino, then boundary run towards down slope through land of Lt. Nisam Sonam, Mr. Kampu Dolo then finally culminate at latitude 27°33"69' and longitude 93°03"13' (old Hari Bridge). This catchment area is known as PAGIA VALLEY COLONY then Mena Park Colony.
2. Crossing river Kameng through Hari Bridge then run along the Kameng river bank bisect Dari Nallah, as land owned by Mr. Lelong Lingfa. From bisected point boundary run upwards along deep Gorge then boundary turn right at bamboo grooves of Mr. Gandhi Dari, Pukka Dari, touching orange garden of Mr. Ajad Dari then passes through Dari Village, Primary School, UD Complex and police colony complex. This settlement covers DUDA COLONY AND POLICE COLONY. West - 1. Proposed boundary start from Kameng river bank and it and runs along the paddy field fencing of Shri Miyang Beyong. RCC Building, watertank upto Loffa Seppa PMGSY road. Boundary turns towards new Seppa from PMGSY road and run along with PMGSY road and it touch rice field with natural stream of Shri Dungro Wange and it turn along the road with electric pole (four posts). After electric poles, boundary touch Bamboo groove with natural stream of Shri K. Biage and bamboo groove of Shri Tamer Yaro and it run bus waiting shed nearby stream. Boundary turn upward form Nailah which is boundary of Arunodaya colony (Puroik Colony) starting from bus waiting shed then run along Nallah upto Baptist Church geographical setting of latitude 27°35" 88' and Longitude of 93°03" 49' at an altitude of 450M MSL. From this point boundary turn towards resident of Mr. Kirong Tapok, Shri Hina Dawe upto natural stream/Naliah.
3. Crossing the natural stream, it connects paddy field of Shri Kosho Reno, plot of Shri Tame tiling, Mecum Dab Allah, paddy field of Shri Dunge Remo, plot of Shri Sane Bage along the erected electric pole upto PHED Water Supply tank. From Baptist Church to PH ED water tank boundary COVER ARUNODAYA COLONY, LANGRUK COLONY AND NEW SEPPA-MARKET AREA.
4. From PHED water supply tank boundary turn down towards Don Bosco School complex and pass through the natural stream and touch the plot of Shri Matung Rimo then crossing natural stream, plot of Mr. Sonam and Tosum Nallah upto electric pole standing at hill top (near by Tasum Nallah), run along the poultry farm colony touchjng the plot of Shri Jama Dewe, Lekhi Ro Nallah, the plot of Mr. Jardin Dawe then passes through Nallah, the Don Bosco School Complex boundary and run along the J.N.v campus boundary which connected police colony and DUDA complex. This settlement covers POULTRY FARM COLONY, SANGRIK COLONY AND JNV CAMPUS. If any individual or any Department or anybody has any objection or suggestions in respect to Seppa Nagar PanchayatArea, the same should be sent to the concern Deputy Commissioner within 30 days from the date of issue of this notice. The Deputy Commissioner, Seppa East Kameng is hereby authorized to hear and dispose of the claim and objections relating to constitution of Nagar Panchayat in respect of Seppa Township and submit the final proposal on expiry of 30 days from the date of issue of this notification.
