SCHEDULE-II Boundary Description of Tezu Nagar Panchayat Arunachal Pradesh Lohit Tezu
13.37 sq.km 2 North The Northern Boundary starts from left bank of Tezukhola river mark point 019 or point 't\ at N 27° 55'53.3" & E 96° 10' 25.2" [near in between HTL power post (on left bank) and pillar of PHE Water pipeline on middle of Tezukhola bankj goes westward at 247 degree direction on the Tanky Line Mekhaliang link road thence, joined the tri-junction point at Mekhaliang-Civil Supply Colony Road, then turn right along the Mekaliang Road (and bisect the Mekhaliang village through eastern lane). Then boundary crossed the Tezu-Lohitpur road and following the boundary of Tezu Airport till North West corner at(MP 039 - N 27° 57' 2.54" and 96°8'21.37" East - The Eastern Boundary starts from left bank of Tezukhola river mark point 019 or 'A' at N 27° 55'53.3" & E 96° 10' 25.2" [near in between HTL power post (on left bank) and pillar of PHE Water pipeline on middle of Tezukhola bank] running southward along the left bank ofTezukhola up to Mark Point (010) N 27° 54' 37.1" and E 96° 10' 28", near restaurant ofTezukhola bridge, then turn left at the degree of 110 approx direction along the NH52 (50 meters from highway) upto khoraliang Badminton Club building (N 27° 55 07.1" and E 96° 10' 45.5"). Then boundary turn right towards south at 150 degree direction and joined Lohit River at starting point of south boundary N 27° 54'

South - The starting point of south boundary is marked on junction of Lohit Tezu- Tezukhola confluence (left bank of Tezu-Khola and right bank of Lohit) where geographic coordinates striking (MP 012) N 27° 54'37.1" and E 96° 10' 20.3" then moving westward at the degree of 275 along the Lohit bank up to confluence of Dinning Nallah (MP 038) at N 27° 54' 37.36". & E 96° 09' 11.39" near Jalukbari village. Thence, it runs upstream of Denning by its left bank till the bridge over river Denning on Tezu-Teliuliang (or Amik Ringya Marg) and turns left from the point and meets the Lohitpur-Digaru road at Airfield Colony. West - The western boundary starts from the north west corner of airport MP 039- N 27° 56' 38" & E 96° 07' 05" and finished at north east corner of airport MP 040- N 27° 57' 2.54" and E 96° 8' 21.37". NOTA - An area of 158.47 acres has been excluded from the Township for Telluliang village as described BENE below. In the - A point calied 'X' has been fixed on the right bank of Denning Naliah at a distance of 88 North meters (downstream of Denning Nallah) from the permanent RCC bridge over river Denning on Tezu-Airfield road. Thence, the boundary line runs in southward direction at 196°30' for a distance of 140 meters (point B) and thence, it runs in westwards direction at 196°30' for a distance 300 meters along the southern boundary of MIs Lohit Co-operative residential area and Industrial Growth Centre (point No. C). Thence, the boundary line runs in northward direction at 13°0' for a distance of 90 meters (point No. D) and thence, it runs in westward direction at 297°0' for a distance of 220 meters along the southern boundary of D.I.C Colony (point No. E). Thence, the boundary line runs in southward direction at 214°0' for a distance of60 meters (point No. F) and thence, it runs in westward direction at 284°0' for a distance of 80 meters along the southern boundary of D.I.C colony (point No. G). Thence, the boundary line runs in southward direction at 192°0' for a distance of 80 meters along the southern boundary of D.I.C colony (point No. H) and thence, it runs westward direction at 280° 08' for a distance of 90 meters along the southern boundary of DIC colony (point No. I). Thence, the boundary line runs in northward direction at 31 ° 0' for a distance of 70 meters along the southern boundary of DIC colony (point No. J) and thence, it runs in westward direction at 306° 0' for a distance of 150 meters along the southern boundary of private allotment area (point No. K). In the - Thence, the southern boundary runs eastward along the Tezu-Telluliang road till it meets the right South bank of Denning Nallah. (point No. Pl. In the - Thence, the eastern boundary runs upstream of Denning Nallah by its right bank till it meets the East - starting point X. If any individual or any Department or anybody has any objection or suggestions in respect to Tezu Nagar PanchayatArea, the same should be sent to the concern Deputy Commissioner within 30 days from the date of issue of this notice. The Deputy Comnmissioner, Tezu, Lohit is hereby authorized to hear and dispose of the claim and objections relating to constitution of Nagar Panchayat in respect ofTezu Township and submit the final proposal on expiry of 30 days from the date of issue of this notification.
