The Assam Adhiars Protection and Regulation (Amendment) Act, 1955State Act of Assam · Act 13 of 1955

(1) In section 12 of the Principal Act, after the words “any matter which” occurring in the third line, the words “an Adhi Conciliation Board o r” shall be added.

(2) At the end of section 12 of the Principal Act, the full stop shall be deleted and following shall be added, namely “except as provided under this Act.” A . G. P. (Leg) No.47/55—1000—1-12-1955.
