The Assam Advocates Welfare Fund Act, 1998State Act of Assam · Act 18 of 1999

(1) No ~uit, prosecution or other legai proceeding shall he _agams_t any person for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder.

(2) No 'suit or other legal proceeding ·shall lie against the Committee or the Bar Council for any damage caused ., '),· .
