Section 14: Voluntary contribution

The Assam Ancient Monuments and Records Act, 1959State Act of Assam · Act 25 of 1959

The Superintendent may receive voluntary contributions towards the cost of maintaining a protected monu - ment and may give orders as to the management and application :> of any funds s6 received by him :

Provided that no contribution received under this section shall be applied to any pur~ose other than the purpose for which it was contributed.
