(a) "Act" means the Assam BhoodanAct, 1965(Assam Act XXIII of 1966);
(b) 'DeputyCommissioner"meansthe DeputyCommissioneroftheDistrictandin thecaseofa Subdivisionincludesthe Subdivisional Office;
(c) "Sub-Deputy Collector" means Sub-DeputyCollector in-charge ofthe circle withinwhichthe landdonantedissituated;
(d) 'Form" means a formappended to these rules;
(e) 'Section" means a Sectionofthe Act;
(f) Allwordsand expressionsused in theserulesand not definedhereinbutdefined in theActshall respectivelyhavethe samemeaningas assignedto themin theAct.
