The list prepared by the Deputy Commissioner under the provosion ofSection 4 (I) ofthe Act, shall be published by affixing a copy thereof, in the notice board in theofficesofthe DeputyCommissionerand Sub-Deputy Collectors, witha noticeinFormII requiring allpersons interested in landstosubmittheir objections, ifany, inwritingbefore the Deputy Commissioner within30daysofthe publi cationofthe declaration. A copy cofthe notice togetherwith a copy ofthe dec:laration shallbe servedon all personsrecordedas land-holders in respectofsuch lands and shall alsobepastedin the noticeboard in the following places-

(a)OfficeoftheDeputyCommissioner.

(b)officeofthe Mauzadaror Tahsi ldaras thecasemaybe, Anchalikpanclnayat and theGaonPanchayat withinwhosejurisdiction thelandcoveredbydeclaration is situated.
