Section 21: The Post-Graduate Board shall have the following members, namely

(6) the Vice-Chancellor;

the Rector;

six persons from amongst the Professors and heads of Departments of Post-Graduate Departments of the University and the heads of Department of the constituent colleges elected by the Academic Council;

two members of the Academic Council who are not Professors or Heads of Department of the University, or of Constituent Colleges, elected by the Academic Council;

four persons who may or may not be professors of the University to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; and one member of Examination Committee to be nominated by the Vice- Chancellor.
