If the Administrative Council, managing body or any committee as the case may be, | of a society is not dissolved and reconstituted within the time specified by the Registrar under section 36, he may by order in writing dissolve such body and shall thereupon appoint a person or persons, on such conditions as prescribed t by him, to manage the affairs of the society for such period not exceeding one year when he shall arrange for the constitution of a new body to take the 1 place of the dissolved body. The Registrar may extend this period from time to time as he may deem f it ; provided that the aggregate of such periods shall not exceed three years.
