Section 63

The Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 2007State Act of Assam · Act 4 of 2012

(1) A cooperative society may raise funds in the shape of equity capital, deposit and loans from its members to such extent and under such conditions as may be specified in the bye-laws.

(2) A cooperative society may borrow funds from non- member/ individuals and institutions including Government to such extent and under such conditions as may be specified in the bye-laws.
