The Deputy Speaker shall be entitled to the previleges of the use of the free-furnished residence and Government con veyance on his ceasing to hold office for such period as may be prescribed bv r ules,

7. T ravelling and daily allow ances.'—The Deputy Speaker shall be entitled, while touring on public business, to travelling and daily allowances at such rates and on such conditions as may be prescribed by rules. o
