Section 8: Power to make rules

The Assam Deputy Speaker's Salaries and Allowances Bill, 1958State Act of Assam · Act 16 of 1958

(i) The State Government may, in consul tation with the Speaker, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.

(ii) All rules made under this Act shall be laid before the Assam Legislative Assembly, as soon as may be, after they are made•
