The Assam Displaced Persons (Rehabilitation Loans) Act, 1951State Act of Assam · Act 16 of 1951

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the rules made thereunder :- ,

(a) The Government or such other authority as may be prescribed may postpone the realization of any instalment of the loan ;

(b) Government may write off any portion of the loan or of any interest thereon.
