In Section 4 of the principal Act, for the words "And thereafter, an annual contribution of not less than rupees one lakh shall be provided under '54-B-Transfer to Famine Relief Fund' to which shall also be transferred the unspent balance, if any, at the end of each financial year, under '54-A-Famine Relief'." the following shall be substituted, namely: - "And thereafter an annual contri bution of rupees twenty-five lakhs shall be provided under '54-B.-Transfer to Famine Relief Fund'."
