The Assam Fish Seed Act, 2005State Act of Assam · Act 14 of 2005

(1) On the date o f commencement o f this Act the species o f fish as enum erative in the schedule- I shall be come under the purview o f this Act.

(2) The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, amend, vary, alter, add to, modify or om it any species o f fish from schedule I and thereupon said schedule shall be deemed to have been amended, varied, altered or modified accordingly.
