Section 15: PROTECTION AGAINST ATTACHMENT

The Assam Gratuity Act, 1992State Act of Assam · Act 13 of 1993

The gratuity payable under this Act to an employee shall not be liable to attachment in execution of any decree or order of any Civil, Revenue or Criminal Court.

16 MODE OF RECOVERY OF MONEY DUE FROM THE EMPLOYERS Any amount due from any employer in respect of any contribution payable the Fund or any charges pay able by him under any other provisions of this Act or under any provisions of the Scheme, may be recovered as an arrear of land revenue.
