The Assam Ground Water Control and Regulation Act, 2012State Act of Assam · Act 16 of 2012

(1) Every rig owner shall register his/her machinery with the State Authority in such manner and/or on payment of such fees as may be prescribed.

(2) Every rig owner or operator shall follow the instructions issued by the State Authority from time to time.
