Section 33: Corridors and passages

In a residential house the width of any corridor or passage shall not be less than 1 m. and for hotel 1.5 m. clear. For shopping complex it shall not be less than 1.8 m. upto a length of 15.0 m. and 2.1 m.

above the length of 15.0 m., Assembly building like auditorium, cinema- 2 m., educational building- 2.0 m., all other building – 1.5 m.
