The Guwahati Metropolitan Drinking Water and Sewerage Board Act, 2009State Act of Assam · Act 10 of 2009

(1) The term of office of the members appointed and / or nominated by the State Government shall be for a period of three years unless extended by the Government by notification published in the Official Gazette.

(2) The Members of the Regulatory Authority shall be entitled to receive from the funds of the Regulatory Authority such allowances as may be prescribed by the rules framed by the State Government in this behalf.
